Class registration is open and you can join the hundreds of fellow Stake members who have been enriched and nourished by being a part of this inspired initiative. We encourage you to prayerfully consider how participating in a Self Reliance group could bless you and your family.
Parents to teenagers: Remember there is an Emotional Resilience group just for youth ages 16 - 19.
Please click on one of the links below to register. Groups will begin in the next few weeks and meet weekly for 9-12 weeks. Keep in mind that group sizes are limited. Those who finish will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Emotional Resilience | 10 weeks
This class will give you tools to manage and overcome the powerful emotions of stress, anger, depression, fear, and disappointment with current life events.
Adults meet each Thursday at 7:00pm. Click below to register.

Strengthening the Family | 9 weeks
This class will help you communicate more effectively with your spouse and children, resolve anger issues and discuss how to provide a better home environment in which the spirit of the Lord can dwell.
Meets each Thursday at 7:00 pm. Click below to register.
You can change your existing recommend if Brother Kerr or Brother Burke issued them. Otherwise you will need to go through the full recommend process.
